About Pathway to Purpose
Pathway to Purpose is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the critical gap between academic preparation and professional readiness for young adults aged 18-27. We recognize that the transition from education to the workforce is a pivotal moment that requires more than just academic credentials. Our mission is to empower emerging professionals with the skills, confidence, and support systems they need to not only secure meaningful employment but to build fulfilling careers that create lasting community impact.
Through our comprehensive approach combining personalized mentorship, career development programming, life skills education, and real-world workplace exposure, we foster holistic growth in our participants. We believe that every young adult deserves the opportunity to discover their purpose and develop the competencies necessary to thrive in today’s dynamic job market. Personalized Mentorship
One-on-one mentoring relationships connecting young adults with experienced professionals who provide guidance, support, and real-world insights to help navigate career decisions and professional development.
Career Development & Life Skills Education
Comprehensive training programs covering resume building, interview preparation, professional communication, financial literacy, and essential workplace competencies to prepare participants for employment success.
Real-World Workplace Exposure
Hands-on opportunities including internships, job shadowing, and workplace visits that provide practical experience, industry connections, and confidence-building exposure to professional environments.
